Program Set-up
Planning - We collaborate with you on your ordering procedures, authorization policies, service selection criteria, and more. We ensure that no detail is overlooked in your teleworking program.
Web-based ordering - We build a secure Web page and assign you your own URL. You can post company policies, procedures, and other specific information on this page. Your remote users can be located anywhere - we even coordinate with other service providers to give you a single source for your entire remote access program.
Database - We build a relational database from the information submitted over the Web page with all of the users' details.
Reports - Reports contain the specifics of installation by individual, technology, equipment, geographic area, and installation intervals. None of your company resources are tasked with this process.
Teleworker Installation
Coordination - We work with the individual remote workers to get them connected. If Duesenburg is unable to provide service to you, we'll work with the service provider that you specify.
Phone support - Unlike most of today's "plug-and-play" solutions, we provide telephone support to assist users when they need extra care. You can also choose on-site installation.
Confirmation - We aren't satisfied until you are. An installation is not complete until you assure us everything is working.
Program Management
Help desk to Help desk care - We believe that the first trouble call should always go to your help desk to ensure that it is not a company-specific problem. After you determine that it is not an internal problem, your help desk notifies us using a Web trouble ticket or phone call.
Customer Care - We call the affected end user and work with them until the trouble is resolved. In our experience, about half of all remote access problems can be solved on the first call.
Reports - We provide details on all troubles and their resolutions, for our service and also for your other service providers.
Web services - All reports are available through the Web site for authorized users.

Consulting services - Establishing a remote access program can be challenging. Our consultants help with defining teleworking goals, business case development, employee selection, employee and manager training, environmental compliance, and other related issues
