Plug in your phone adapter (the MTA - media terminal adaptor, Cisco ATA 186 - that we send you for FREE) into your high speed Internet connection (Cable modem). If you have a DSL modem, a basic router is required. We can sell you a Netgear router at a dramatically discounted price.

Then take any standard telephone and plug it into the phone adapter.

That's it. Simple, right?

And if you'd like to hook up your computer to surf the web at the same time, it's easy to setup also. You simply plug a networking router (use one you have, or buy one from us during the subscribe process at a discounted rate) into your Cable modem or DSL modem. This allows you to 'share' your high speed Internet connection. Then plug your phone adapter and computer into the router. You're talking on the phone and surfing the net.
