Shipping, and In-Store Pickup
There
are 3 basic levels of service for
shipping your orders from
Duesenburg.net. You may choose from
ground, 2nd day and next day
shipping. Some of our larger items
can only be shipped via ground
shipping. Other restrictions may
apply based on where the order is
being shipped.
Standard Home Delivery — Standard
Home Delivery allows you to choose
from ground, 2nd day and next day
shipping. Some of our larger items
can only be shipped via ground
delivery. Other restrictions apply
based on the shipping address.
Special Delivery — Duesenburg.net
offers special delivery arrangements
for items such as Servers, some
larger monitors and furniture.
In-store pickup — Gotta Get It
Now!
In-store pickup is another great
convenience at Duesenburg.net. Plus,
you pay no shipping costs. Here's
how it works:
Once you purchase, here's how to
get your merchandise:
- When you make a purchase
online and indicate you want to
pick up your merchandise at a
particular store, we will ensure
the store has your product ready
for pickup. We will e-mail
you a confirmation number within
24 hours of your order
submission.
- We will hold your merchandise
and charge your credit card.
- You need to pick up your
purchase within 7 days of
receiving your e-mail
confirmation. Bring the
confirmation number we e-mailed
you, a picture ID and the credit
card you used to make your
purchase. The name on the ID
must match the name on the
purchasing credit card.
- To ensure the security of
your online purchases, only the
person who made the purchase may
pick up merchandise at the
store.
At the time of pickup, if the item(s)
are offered at a lower price in the
store, we will automatically credit
the difference to your credit card.

Quantity
Limits, Errors and Omissions
Duesenburg
may, at its own discretion, limit or
cancel quantities purchased per
person, per household or per order.
These restrictions may include
orders placed by the same Duesenburg.net
account, credit card, and also
orders which use the same billing
and/or shipping address.
Notification will be sent to the
e-mail and/or billing address
provided should such change occur.
We reserve the right to limit the
quantities sold, including the right
to limit or prohibit sales to
dealers.
Prices and availability are subject
to change without notice. Errors
will be corrected where discovered,
and Best Buy reserves the right to
revoke any stated offer and to
correct any errors, inaccuracies or
omissions including after an order
has been submitted and whether or
not the order has been confirmed and
your credit card charged. If your
credit card has already been charged
for the purchase and your order is
cancelled, Duesenburg.net will issue
a credit to your credit card account
in the amount of the charge.
Individual bank policies will
dictate when this amount is credited
to your account.

ensure the accuracy and completeness
of product and third-party services
provided, please refer to the

How
can I find out if an item I want is
in stock?
The best way to find out if an item
is in stock is to contact us via
phone or email. Our staff should be
able to physically verify if an item
is available. However, it is not our
practice to hold products for
customers. As a result, we are
unable to guarantee that any product
will be at the store when you next
visit us. Due to rapid warehouse
turn-around times designed to keep
our prices low, we are unable to
confirm product shipping arrival
dates for our stores.
The item I want was advertised, but
is out of stock at the store. How
can I get what I am looking for?
It is our intent to have all of our
advertised products in stock.
Unfortunately, circumstances beyond
our control may occasionally prevent
a product from being available
during an advertised period. Unless
special conditions apply, a
raincheck should be offered if an
advertised product is not available.

Tracking your order:
With all shipping methods we will
provide tracking number to our
customers via email. We also might
advice customers to obtain insurance
for expensive shipments since the
shipper (Duesenburg) will not be
responsible for shipping damages.
